When some of your artwork ends up being sold at an estate auction
I have no idea what happened. I remember the person who bought this painting. Very pleasant person. I hope whatever happened, that it wasn’t anything sad or bad.
I painted this in 2012, but it took several years to finally sell. It’s part of my “novela” series (paintings inspired by dramatic telenovelas—my guilty pleasure). It’s an older piece and my style has changed somewhat, but I still feel a fondness for it. I hope whoever ended up with it enjoys it.
